MY STORY

Hi Everyone :) 

My name is Mary, and for the last 10 years, I've been a gymnastics coach and personal trainer. During that time, I've met with and trained children and adults with all kinds of personal goals and motivations: from competing competitively, to weight loss to achieving general fitness goals to just having fun.

Over the course of these years, it's became increasingly clear to me that the current trends of 'just go to the gym' actually don't work for many people, and can be quite discouraging. I've heard over and over again things like: 'I hate going to the gym' 'I'm too tired after work', 'I don't know how to make time around my kid's schedules', 'I feel overwhelmed when it comes to meal time' and it got me thinking about how to make fitness and nutrition more realistic and sustainable for specifically women with full-time jobs, families commitments and limited time. 

That's how I ended up studying nutrition and tailoring nutrition plans and workout programs to suit my customer's specific circumstances and needs rather than relying on generic solutions that don't actually work for everyone.
