You agree that the use of the Body Bliss Website, app and Services is at your own risk. You must be over the age of 18 years old to accept these Terms and download or use our Services. Any plans delivered as part of the service can be accessed online. Access to any plans expires upon termination of the Services If at any time you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions (or any changes to them), please do not continue to use the Website, app and or Services.
Our Services include all meal plans, consultations, workout plans and other content. These services aim to provide a source of information and education for individuals interested in improving their overall health and fitness. These serviced are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or specific medical conditions. We do not offer health, medical, dietary, nutrition or professional advice which you or anyone else should rely on.
The information, content, images, materials, and resources contained in or available through the Website, app or other Services, are provided in good faith for general information purposes only. We derive our information from sources that we believe to be accurate and up to date as at the date of publication.
We may display the success of our existing or previous clients or customers. You acknowledge that the prior success of others does not guarantee your success. As your results are based on your individual capacity, background, dedication, motivation, experience and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may achieve. Choosing to use our information, products and Services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that Maria Guse is not liable for any failure that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products and services reviewed or advertised on our Website, app or other services.
The information contained in our services is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you have questions regarding medical issues or potential impacts of the program, you should consult with your personal healthcare provider before using our services. You should always speak with your personal healthcare provider before starting any workout plan or making any changes to your diet.

USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you experience faintness, dizziness, shortness of breath, pain, or any other medical issue while exercising, stop and seek medical attention immediately. Exercise carries certain risks of injury, and you are undertaking all exercises at your own risk. You acknowledge that Maria Guse is not liable for any injuries caused by using her programs even if resulting in death.
All allergies, intolerances, injuries, illnesses, and diseases must always be truthfully communicated in the client questionnaire/onboarding form. You must always carefully review the contents of your meal plan for anything that you may be allergic or intolerant to. Restriction on calorie intake may lead to anxiety, eating disorders, depression, fatigue, and other mental and physical health issues. You should seek help immediately if you experience any such issues.

The user may cancel their subscription to the service after a minimum of 8 weeks in direct debit options by providing written notice. Body bliss reserves the right to enforce a one week written notice policy for users in which case there will be one remaining debit cycle after formal notice is given.

Whilst I makes every effort to avoid clashes and/or cancellation of appointments, I may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time prior to the scheduled time if something unexpected occurs. You will be notified and we will reschedule another appointment for you free of charge. If for whatever reason, I Mary Guse can no longer provide you the services you paid for due to an unforeseen event, you will receive a refund for any services you have paid for but not received.
We do not offer refunds for 1-1 online nutrition coaching. We do not offer refunds for our workout programs. No refunds offered for change of mind or missed consultations.

I may require certain information from you so that I can supply safe coaching services to you, I require your height, weight, body statistics, workout information, mood, meals, nutrition and general wellbeing. I will contact you to ask for this information. If you do not provide me this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you provide incomplete or incorrect information, we may end the contract. I will not be responsible for supplying services late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving me the information I need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
